     2020年12月30日,在天津大学建筑学院建造所所长、副教授苗展堂老师的带领下,Team Tianjin U+的同学们前往河北省廊坊市参观调研了中国第一个Active House——威卢克斯中国办公楼

      本次活动内容主要包括:威卢克斯的经验分享、R-CELLS方案交流介绍、参观集团办公楼、讨论后续产品技术细节。

On December 30, 2020, under the leadership of Professor Miao Zhantang, director of construction Institute and associate professor of School of Architecture, Tianjin University, Team Tianjin U+ students went to Langfang, Hebei Province to visit and investigate The first Active House in China -- VELUX China Office Building.

The content of this activity mainly includes: VELUX experience sharing, R-CELLS program exchange, visit the office building, and discuss the technical details of subsequent products.

1 威卢克斯郭成林老师介绍公司概况

Active House

      Active House 理念是指在建筑的设计、施工、使用的生命周期内,倡导以能源节约和环境保护为前提、以建筑的健康性和舒适性为核心、以居住者的良好生活为目标的一种建筑理念。其设计理念有三方面:第一,“建筑以人为本”是设计的核心理念;第二,强调建筑可自我感知、主动调节,趋于“生物化”;第三,不追求极致节能,提倡能源效率与建筑产能。

      威卢克斯始终以致力于改善建筑室内气候,打造健康舒适工作生活空间为使命,以中国总部办公楼为实验建筑,不断践行可持续发展之路。

Active House concept refers to an architectural concept that advocates energy conservation and environmental protection as the premise, takes the health and comfort of the building as the core and the good life of the occupants as the goal during the design, construction and use life cycle of the building. Its design concept has three aspects: first, "people-oriented architecture" is the core concept of the design. Second, it emphasizes that architecture can be self-perceived, actively regulated and tends to be "biological". Third, it does not pursue extreme energy conservation, but advocates energy efficiency and building capacity.

VELUX has always been committed to the mission of "improving the indoor climate of the building and creating a healthy and comfortable working and living space", and has taken the Office building of the Headquarters in China as the experimental building, constantly practicing the road of sustainable development.

      早在2010年,威卢克斯曾赞助天津大学参加西班牙马德里举行的太阳能十项全能竞赛。时隔十年,双方再次达成赞助合作。

Back in 2010, VELUX sponsored Tianjin University to compete in the solar decathlon in Madrid, Spain. After a lapse of ten years, the two sides again reached the sponsorship cooperation.

Mr. Guo, design director and chief architect of VELUX Company and vice president of National Standardization Committee of Architecture, introduced to us that VELUX uses the nine-dimension evaluation system to conduct rigorous evaluation of materials, and strictly requires the precision and accuracy of installation technology. 软件支持

      此次双方赞助合作,威卢克斯还为Team Tianjin U+提供两款模拟软件的技术支持——Daylight Visualize采光模拟软件和EIC能源及室内环境可视化模拟计算软件。软件可提供门窗、屋顶、墙体等多种构件的设置及日照分析,并在照度图的分析下进行实景渲染、视频制作等。

Under the sponsorship, VELUX also provided technical support for Team Tianjin U+ with two simulation software -- Daylight Visualize daylighting simulation software and EIC Visualization simulation software for energy and indoor environment. The software can provide settings of doors, windows, roofs, walls and other components and sunshine analysis, and under the analysis of illuminance map for live-scene rendering, video production, etc.

2 R-CELLS方案交流介绍

      通过播放R-cells方案介绍视频,我团队向威卢克斯专家展现方案技术细节与产品需求。郭成林老师主要从坡屋顶角度对光伏发电效率的影响、AH理念融入SD竞赛两个方面和大家进行了设计策略和产品技术的交流。

By playing the introduction video of the R-CELLS solution, our team presented the technical details of the solution and product requirements to VELUX experts. Mr. Guo Chenglin communicated with us on design strategies and product technologies mainly from two aspects, namely, the influence of slope roof on photovoltaic efficiency and the integration of AH concept into SD competition.

      在主动被动策略的选择上,Active House 理念强调“被动优先、主动优化、综合平衡”,因此,设计过程中应从建筑的地域、功能、投资等实际条件出发,优先考虑投资低、效果可靠、较少维修的被动式建筑技术,再利用主动式手段予以优化和加强,最后,达到一个综合平衡的目的。

      此外,郭成林老师还向大家介绍了威卢克斯主动感知、主动调节的技术。他指出建筑是能动、能变的,Passive与Active是友军,并非敌军。

On the choice of Active passive strategy, Active House concept emphasizes "priority to passive and Active optimization, the overall balance", therefore, the design process from the construction of regional, functions and investment, the actual conditions, giving priority to low investment, reliable effect, less maintenance of passive building technology, using the Active means to optimize and strengthen, finally, achieve the goal of a comprehensive balance.

In addition, Mr. Guo also introduced the technology of active perception and regulation of VELUX. He pointed out that architecture is dynamic and changeable. Passive and active are friendly forces, not enemies.

3 参观威卢克斯办公楼

      下午,威卢克斯全国拓展总监、北京市女建筑师协会副秘书长、中国建筑学会主动式建筑学术委员会副秘书长刘旭老师带领大家参观了整栋办公楼。威卢克斯中国办公楼是中国“Active House”建筑实践案例之一,该楼实际年电耗水平为33kwh/㎡/a,为华北地区公共建筑平均能耗的五分之一。

In the afternoon, Ms. Liu, the national development director of VELUX, deputy secretary general of Beijing Women Architects Association and deputy secretary General of the Academic Committee of Active Architecture of Architectural Society of China, showed us around the whole office building. VELUX China office building is one of the Active House building practice cases in China. The actual annual power consumption level of this building is 33kwh/ m2 /a, which is one-fifth of the average energy consumption of public buildings in North China.

      建筑形体采用动态的梯形,传递阳光肆意挥洒的动感;建筑立面设计上,296樘威卢克斯窗组成了多条富有韵律的采光带;建筑室内装修以白色的墙体和吊顶为主,美观经济的同时,又可以最大程度地降低照明用电;建筑中庭则采用VMS商用天窗系统,加速室内自然的通风换气;在可再生能源利用方面,其供热、制冷系统采用地源热泵、低温地板辐射供暖、天棚辐射供冷,并结合混凝土埋管蓄冷蓄热(TABS技术),综合利用太阳能和地热能。

The architectural form adopts the dynamic trapezoid to convey the dynamic feeling of the sun. In the design of the building facade, 296 VELUX windows create a number of rhythmic daylighting belts; The interior decoration of the building is mainly based on white walls and suspended ceiling, which is both beautiful and economical, and can reduce the lighting power consumption to the greatest extent. The atrium is equipped with VMS commercial skylight system to accelerate natural ventilation. In terms of renewable energy utilization, its heating and cooling systems adopt ground source heat pump, low-temperature radiant floor heating, and ceiling radiant cooling. In combination with concrete buried pipe cooling and heat storage technology, solar energy and geothermal energy are comprehensively utilized.

此外,刘老师还向团队讲解了天窗及其配套产品的控制系统,以及威卢克斯在世界各地的项目与经验。并向大家展示了智能一体化解决方案在阳光房和阁楼中的应用,带领大家体验了“网红窗”。

In addition, Ms. Liu also explained to the team the control system of the skylight and its supporting products, as well as VELUX's projects and experience around the world. And showed the application of intelligent integrated solutions in the sun room and attic, leading us to experience the "web celebrity window".

      结束了各类技术产品的参观后,Team Tianjin U+师生与威卢克斯进行了后续产品技术细节等问题详细的讨论。讨论后,Team Tianjin U+参赛队员们还获得了来自威卢克斯(中国)有限公司的礼品,并合影,圆满完成调研活动。

After visiting all kinds of technical products, Team Tianjin U+ teachers and students held a detailed discussion with VELUX on technical details of subsequent products. After the discussion, Team Tianjin U+ participants also received gifts from VELUX (China) Co., LTD., and took a group photo to successfully complete the research activity.
